  • Breach of contract terms by Softhat IT Solutions

Eligible for Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be considered in these situations:

  • Project cancellation after work has commenced (refund for incomplete milestones)
  • Significant changes in project scope requested by client
  • Mutual agreement to terminate services early
  • Force majeure events preventing project completion

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project completion
  • Client fails to provide required materials or feedback
  • Client-requested changes beyond original scope
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
  • Services rendered more than 30 days ago

3. Refund Process by Service Type

Milestone-Based Refunds: Projects are divided into milestones with payments. Refunds apply only to incomplete milestones.

Monthly Retainer Model: SEO services are ongoing with results measured over time.

Campaign-Based Refunds: Refunds depend on campaign stage and deliverables completed.
