The role
What you will do
- Turn client needs into clear scope documents and task lists.
- Plan timelines and assign work across the team.
- Hold regular check-ins with developers, designers and marketers.
- Update clients on progress and manage changes to scope.
- Check work before delivery and organise client testing.
- Track open issues after launch until they are closed.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Experience managing software or digital projects.
- Strong written and spoken English and Urdu.
- Good organisation and calm handling of pressure.
- Use of a task tool such as Trello, Jira or ClickUp.
- Enough technical understanding to talk with developers.
Nice to have
Bonus points
- Pashto for local clients.
- Experience with business software rollouts.
- A project management course or certificate.
