He leads Softhat's AI work: AI agents and automation, WhatsApp chatbots, and custom business software with AI built in, from CRM and school systems to factory management. He also specializes in SEO for Google and AI search (GEO and AEO), social media marketing and high-performance web development, helping businesses grow online and run more efficiently.
Managing Director
Nidda Arshad Rohaila, Managing Director of Softhat IT Solutions, oversees the company's day-to-day management, project delivery and accounts. She plans and coordinates client projects from brief to handover, keeps teams on schedule and manages budgets, invoicing and financial records. She also leads content strategy, crafting clear, search-friendly content for websites, blogs and campaigns. She holds an M.Phil. in Management Sciences, which grounds her work in sound business and management principles.
