Software only helps when people actually use it. Our business software runs in marble factories, schools, shops and clinics, and each client needs someone to set it up and teach their staff.
As an Implementation & Support Executive you will be that person. You will visit clients around Mardan, set up their data, train their munshis and staff in Urdu and Pashto, and be their first point of contact afterwards.
The role
What you will do
- Set up new clients on our school, POS, factory and clinic software.
- Enter and import opening data such as stock, students, customers and balances.
- Train munshis, cashiers and office staff in Urdu and Pashto.
- Visit client sites around Mardan when needed.
- Answer first-line support calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Report bugs clearly to the development team and follow up until fixed.
- Collect client feedback and suggest improvements.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Fluent Urdu and Pashto, with basic English.
- Good computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
- Patience and a friendly way of teaching non-technical people.
- Willingness to travel for field visits around Mardan.
- Neat record keeping and follow-up.
Nice to have
Bonus points
- Previous work in support, data entry or office management.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Your own motorbike for field visits.
