Our clients need a steady flow of good posts and short videos. Small businesses in particular need content that looks real and speaks to local customers.
As a Social Media & Video Content Creator you will plan, create and publish this content for Softhat and its clients, using both camera work and AI tools.
The role
What you will do
- Plan monthly content calendars for client pages.
- Shoot and edit reels and short videos.
- Design posts and write captions in English and Urdu.
- Use AI tools for scripts, images and voiceovers where they help.
- Reply to comments and messages on client pages.
- Support Meta ad campaigns with creatives and basic setup.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Video editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Basic design skills with Canva or Photoshop.
- Good sense of what works on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Clear writing for captions.
- Ability to meet deadlines across several clients.
Nice to have
Bonus points
- Experience with AI video and image tools.
- Basic Meta Ads Manager knowledge.
- Comfort appearing on camera.
