The system follows the stone: block purchase and yard stock, cutting and yield, polishing and edge work, slab and tile stock, orders, dispatch and dealer ledgers, with labour and running costs recorded along the way. It does not run the factory for you. It makes the numbers visible, and it only works if the yard staff and munshi enter the data, so we keep the screens simple, in Urdu, and train them on site.

Is this ready-made software?

No. We build the system for your factory, around your varieties, sizes, finishes, machines and way of working, and can start from a proven base where that saves time. You are not forced into screens designed for some other business.

Can it show how many slabs each block gave?

Yes. Each block is recorded on arrival and again when it is cut, with the slabs or square feet it produced. That gives yield and wastage per block, per variety and per supplier over time.

Our munshi only reads Urdu. Will he be able to use it?

Yes. Screens for the yard and the munshi can be in Urdu, with short forms that take a minute to fill. We train him on site at your factory. The system only helps if the entries are made every day, so training is part of the job.

What happens during load-shedding or when the internet is weak?

The system works on a phone, tablet or PC and can be designed to keep working on a weak connection, syncing when the internet returns. Daily backups keep your records safe.

Will purchase rates and profit be visible to all staff?

No. Staff see only what their role needs. Block purchase rates, costs and profit reports can be limited to you and the people you choose.

Can you visit our factory?

Yes. Our office is in Mardan, so factories in Small Industrial Estate Mardan and nearby areas can have a visit. For factories further away we start with a video call and photos of your registers.
