FAQ

ERP questions, answered

We run everything on registers and WhatsApp. Is ERP too big for us?

No, as long as it starts small. Most factories begin with one or two modules, such as stock and khata, or production and wages. Once your staff use that every day, the next module is added. A big-bang ERP that tries to change everything at once is where most projects fail.

Is this a ready-made ERP system?

No. We build the system for your factory, around your products, registers and staff, and can start from a proven base where that saves time. You get the screens and reports you need, not a generic package full of features nobody uses.

Our munshi is not comfortable with computers. Will this work?

Yes, if the screens are simple and training is done properly. We use Urdu labels where they help, keep data entry short and train the munshi and supervisors on the floor. Software makes numbers visible, but it only works if people actually enter the data, so training is part of every project.

What about load-shedding and weak internet?

The system is web-based and works on a phone, tablet or PC. It can be designed to keep working on a weak connection and sync when the internet returns, with daily backups so records are not lost.

Can it handle FBR sales tax?

It keeps proper sales tax records on invoices and purchases and gives reports your accountant can use. Direct links with FBR systems can be discussed for your case.
