Questions about the invoice generator
Is the invoice generator free?
Yes. No sign-up, no payment and no watermark on your invoice.
How are the totals calculated?
Each line is quantity × price. The subtotal is the sum of the lines, any discount is taken off the subtotal, and tax is charged on the amount after the discount. Everything is rounded to two decimals.
Should I add sales tax to my invoice?
Only if your business is registered for sales tax and the rate applies to what you sell. Rates differ for goods and services and by province, so check with your tax adviser or the FBR / provincial revenue authority. If you are not registered, leave the tax rate empty.
Can I add my logo?
Not yet. The invoice shows your business name prominently at the top, and you can add your address, phone, email and NTN.
Why do you ask for my WhatsApp number?

How long is my invoice kept?
Your PDF has a private link only you receive, and the file is deleted from our server after 30 days.
